Error Message: Stale Request

You may see this error if you used the Back button on a secure site or if you bookmarked the login page instead of the actual website.

If you logged in with Secure Connect, this often happens when the login doesn't finish within two minutes - for example, if a browser reopens old tabs and starts a login in the background without you noticing.

To fix the issue, start the login again by going directly to the website using your bookmark or by typing the URL in the address bar.
